With the belief that motherhood is a beautiful, sacred calling, I focus support on holistic healing, emotional encouragement, and practical assistance to ease the challenges of early parenthood.

  • My private childbirth classes are taught from a faith-based perspective, affirming God’s design for birth and the strength He’s placed within you. Each session is tailored to your unique needs. With holistic, practical education, we’ll explore the stages of labor, comfort techniques, and preparing yourself, physically, emotionally, and spiritually for birth.

  • As a doula, I provide emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, but I don’t provide medical tasks like monitoring or catching your baby. That’s the role of your midwife or OB. I’m here to champion you, guiding you through the process with confidence and compassion.

  • I support births in all settings - hospital, birth center, or home. My role is to be your cheerleader: to provide calm presence and advocate for your preferences, no matter where you give birth.

  • As early as you'd like! Many families reach out during the second trimester, which gives us time to build trust, craft your birth plan, and prepare together. But I’m happy to join your journey at any point!

  • Never. Your husband is your most precious support. Nobody knows you better than your husband - I honor him as the best emotional support for you in the room. My role is to strengthen dads, helping with positioning, encouragement, and guidance so you both feel empowered as a team.

  • Absolutely. I love supporting families during the postpartum season, even if I wasn’t your birth doula. I offer in-home visits focused on rest, nourishment, baby care, and emotional support.
